Still Tinnitus is a scientifically validated, self-paced online program without wait lists, travel, group therapy or masking devices. The program integrates four evidence-based therapeutic approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Device-Free Tinnitus Retraining Therapy.

Participants commonly report better sleep and concentration, increased feelings of calm and control, and improved quality of life.

My Story

How I recovered from tinnitus.

Hi, I’m Roel, biomedical engineer and founder of Still Tinnitus. When I developed tinnitus, I went through the most frustrating time of my life fighting the ringing in my ear. My doctor told me: “there’s no cure, you’ll just have to learn to live with it.”

I panicked and started trying everything I read about online. I was constantly focused on my tinnitus, but nothing helped, and I grew more and more desperate. The combination of stress, anxiety, and lack of sleep eventually pushed me to a breaking point.

I decided to stop chasing quick fixes and started doing research. I studied the work of the world’s leading tinnitus experts. I tested multiple science-based treatments on myself and combined them into a new method. Over time, my tinnitus started to fade into the background. Today, I have days where I have complete silence, and when I do hear it, it doesn’t bother me.
